01The challenge
A paint factory with a store and hardware shop in a second location needed to know, in real time, how much stock there was, what production cost and what was selling, in pesos and dollars. Inventory lived in spreadsheets that never matched between locations.

Live inventory per location
Every sale, production run or transfer shows up instantly at both locations. Stock counts as PDF.

Camera barcode scanner
The point of sale reads barcodes with the phone or laptop camera, no extra hardware required.

Production with formulas and dual costs
Formulas deduct raw materials and compute the real cost of every presentation, in COP and USD. It also handles bundles, returns and price lists.

Landing page with catalog
An animated landing page with catalog and color chart, connected to the same data as the system.

Real time across locations
Real-time subscriptions: when the factory produces, the store sees it without reloading.

A separate 3D visualizer
Living room, kitchen, facade, porch and gate in 3D so customers can try a color before buying. It lives in its own app so the system stays light.
